Your total price will include the price of the Product that go directy to authors’ Paypal account plus a fee for vidauxs expenses (such as bandwith and space cost). You will not pay anthings to vidauxs.net but directly to authors paypal account. Vidauxs.net is not responsible for any bad transiction.

Vidauxs.net reserves the right to change prices for Products offered at the Vidauxs Store at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering. Vidauxs.net reserves the right to change content options and availability without notice.

All Sales are final. The Vidauxs Store service commences immediately when you begin to download Products from the Vidauxs Store and you will not have a right to cancel your contract once the service commences.

Once a Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product.

Authors are the unique holder of the copyrights, intellectual property and related rights of thier works on Vidauxs Store; They are eventually in possession of the authorizations, related acquittances and related rights of third parties' artworks and are ready to show them on demand.

 

All contents on Vidauxs Store (but shown an exception) are distribuited under “Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 2.5 Italy“ Creative Commons license. The license will allow any user to copy and distribute the artwork under the following conditions: to quote the attribution of the original author (authorship); to use the artwork for non-commercial activities (if not in possession of the original author's permission); the user can not alter, modify and/or release derived artworks (if not in possession of the original author's permission). Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, vidauxs.net reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Vidauxs Store at any time without notice.
